Watch the Conan plane crash spoof

You be the judge. Was it in poor taste to air the opening spoof video the same day of the Lexington, KY crash?

Watch it here

I don't think so. We have to think the families affected are not watching the Emmys tonight. They have other things on their mind, sorry. But for everyone else if you are offended, also sorry, but if you weren't affected by the crash yourself why do you care? Don't be offended on their behalf. Feeling bad for their loss is more important.

This is like how 24 was almost derailed before it began five years ago in the wake of 9/11. You'll recall the first episode had a plane crash taken down by a terrorist bomb. Many thought it would get pulled or that people would hate the show. Neither clearly happened.
